Vizzavi Europe
Vizzavi in the Netherlands was one of the first operating companies within Vodafone to have a portal for the new generation color-WAP phones. The purpose of the project was to create a product of this solution, and to roll it out to other Vizzavi companies.
During the roll-out, the staff at the local companies had to be trained to use the new environment. Another task was to assist the staff in integrating the portal with the existing backend systems.
