Because of an upgrade of the mail environment, some changes had to be made to certain components in the (mobile) portal environment. This included creating a new plugin for the mailserver (based on JMS) to send out SMS notifications when new mail arrives in a users inbox. Another part was doing an impact analysis for the single-sign-on of the webmail from the portal.
This was a part-time project that was relatively small in effort, but pretty long in duration.
